Fare calculator and map
Addresses entered in the calculator and an optionally shared current location are used to search for places, calculate a road route and estimate the fare. Technical request data may be sent to OpenStreetMap-based services including Photon, OSRM and Nominatim.
After a calculation, we store an anonymised route statistic to understand demand and improve our service. It contains place names without building numbers, coordinates rounded to approximately 1 km, distance, estimated duration and fare variants. It is not linked to your name, phone number, email or user account and is deleted after 12 months.
Ride booking
When you request a ride, we process your name, phone number, email address, route, pickup time, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle preference, notes and fare estimate. This is necessary to take steps at your request before providing the transport service.
Submitting the form does not automatically confirm a ride. Once accepted, we send you the assigned driver’s name and phone number, vehicle description and registration number.
Cookies and Google Analytics
An essential consent cookie remembers your choice for up to 6 months. Google Analytics is activated only after you select “Accept analytics”. Refusing analytics does not limit the calculator or booking form. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Service providers
Where necessary, data may be processed by our hosting, database, map, email and notification providers: Vercel, Neon, Resend, Pushover and OpenStreetMap service providers, as well as Google after analytics consent. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
Booking information is normally retained for up to 12 months after the scheduled ride. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Policy version: 3 September 2026.
